ABOUT ME
BACKGROUND
Avery is a Boise native who moved to Seattle for college and then headed to the Bay Area for work. Each move has added a new layer to her experiences and shaped her outlook. Now, she’s excited to bring that perspective to the next chapter of her career.
Being outdoors has always been a central part of Avery’s life. Growing up in Boise, she spent a lot of time camping and backpacking. During college, she was a member of the UW Sailing Team, which led her to spend hundreds of hours on the water across the US.
Avery has always prioritized giving back to the community, whether it's building tutoring programs for refugees in Boise or teaching art classes to underprivileged kids in the Bay. She carries this forward in her career, looking to work in fields that give back to their communities in meaningful ways.
